Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
  • High Volume Periods: Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.


2. Our Delivery Partner

We are proud to partner with DTDC (Desk to Desk Courier & Cargo) for reliable and efficient delivery of all our products across India.

  • Partner Details: DTDC is one of India's leading express distribution network, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • Tracking: All shipments are fully trackable via the DTDC website or tracking portal (details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email).


3. Estimated Delivery Time Line:

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. The times listed below are estimates once the order has been picked up by DTDC.


Region : Metropolitan Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)

Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch) : 3 - 5 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (from order placement)  : 4 - 7 business days 


Region : Major Tier-2 Cities (State Capitals & Major Hubs)

Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch) : 5 - 7 business days 

Total Estimated Delivery Time (from order placement) : 6 - 9 business days 


Rest of India (Rural/Remote Areas) 

Estimated Transit Time (after dispatch) : 7 - 10 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (from order placement) : 8 - 12 business days


Note on Delays: While we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions, natural calamities, or carrier delays (DTDC) might cause occasional delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₹25 for each item in all orders,


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number and a link to the DTDC tracking page.

  • How to Track: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available online after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking Number Issues: If your tracking number is not working after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address].


6. Delivery Instructions and Failed Delivery

  • Recipient Availability: Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel. DTDC may attempt delivery 2 times before returning the shipment to us.
  • Contact by Carrier: DTDC delivery personnel may call you on the provided number prior to or upon arrival to coordinate the delivery.
  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. If you accept the package, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact us within 12hours of receipt.
  • Lost Shipment: If your order's tracking information shows the package is lost, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with DTDC and will arrange for a replacement or refund once the investigation confirms the loss.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can correct the issue promptly.
